i passed !!
Today was an acceptance day, but the instructor never said anything about the acceptance itself , he only told us to prepare to teach a beginner yesterday ( i even thought he would find a beginner for us at the ski park! )
8:30 assemble~ went to the red line to warm up!
9:50 the instructor finally explained the acceptance: each person teaching one part: equipments-sliding-stopping-direction-linked turn!
- My part was stopping!
- The instructor told us use our “native language”, because what matters in the course is What you do, not What you say
The classmate from new zealand was assigned “equipment”, he taught in English with a NewZealand accent ,that’s cool! And he taught very well, that made me a little nervous!
Im confident when teaching program, But i’ve never taught skiing before ! Acceptance at my first time … kind of scary, but also interesting ( ´Д`)y━･~~
after i finished teaching , the instructor said he could tell exactly what I wanted to do, and that the knowledge was clearly in my head. I just lack experience—and he said I’m still like a teenager 😂.
My thoughts was that Everyone did a great job ! Once we all finished our parts, we had to face the most stressful moment of the past three days: the result.
The answer ? PASSED!
